The Villa Mateo is absolutely beautiful! The decoration is charming and exudes a warm and cozy atmosphere that instantly makes you feel at home. The general areas are well-maintained and clean, providing a serene and peaceful environment to relax in. What I truly appreciated as a senior woman is the accessibility of the hotel. The layout and design of the villa catered to our needs, ensuring that we could navigate the premises comfortably without any hindrances. It made our stay all the more enjoyable and convenient.

If I had to suggest one thing to make the vacation even better for senior people, it would be to have more dedicated assistance from the staff. While the children working there were helpful and polite, occasionally having someone specifically trained to cater to the needs and preferences of senior guests would add an extra level of comfort and support during our stay.

The value for money at Villa Mateo was excellent and the room was cozy and well-equipped. The location was perfect, with fine mountain views and a private pool. The staff were friendly and cute, striking the perfect balance between attentiveness and respecting our privacy.

Breakfast items could have been more varied.

The owners were friendly and helpful. The pool and jacuzzi were great amenities. The separate room provided privacy. The hotel had plenty of activities for kids and adults. The apartment was spacious and well-equipped.
